Ring Wireless Reversing Camera Review

Reversing can be tricky especially when space is tight, and if you tow a caravan etc then it can cause even more issues and frustrations. At Carblogger we have been reviewing a wireless reversing camera from Ring Automotive. The Wireless kit will help put an end to all your reversing issues. As the system is wireless it’s easy to install, as there is very little wiring is required

The rear camera has a viewing range of up to 100 metres in an open space and an infra-red distance of 1.5 metres for those night time manoeuvres. With a 100º viewing angle, the Ring wireless reversing camera can be utilised on a range of vehicles, caravans and motorhomes.

The display is a 4.3’ Colour TFT monitor that is attached by a suction cup bracket. During testing it provided a clear picture of what was behind when reversing. The addition of the parking guidelines helped when manoeuvring into those tight parking spots.

Overall this is a great addition to most vehicles, especially if you consider the cost involved in a reversing accident. It also makes going backwards more pleasurable because you can now easily view the objects behind you. The added bonus is it also makes you look like an expert at parking!

  2. motorists don't get tickets. Most motorists pay tickets without question, so if YOU got an erroneous ticket there may be dozens of other motorists who got tickets due to similar errors and just paid! Don't reward incompetence by letting them quietly sweep problems under the rug just for the few motorists who complained! Serious Security CCTV Melbourne
